She is currently working on the Chinese Chorizo Project, an annual Tucson Chinese Chorizo festival, and a large-scale mosaic sculpture depicting the Chinese Chorizo, a historic food originating from her hometown, Tucson, AZ. The project was awarded a grant from the MOCA Tucson and Andy Warhol Foundations for the Arts and uplifts the story of over 100 forgotten Chinese grocery stores that were built through Chinese and Mexican immigrant solidarity.
